Online bookings are completed through FareHarbor, including the booking window that opens on our website. Completed FareHarbor bookings receive instant confirmation. FareHarbor collects the booking and payment information requested during checkout and makes relevant reservation details available to Tail Runner Charters.

Your card information is held to secure your reservation. Your card is charged after the trip, not at booking. FareHarbor and its payment providers handle the card information used to secure your reservation.

Links to FareHarbor, Instagram, Facebook, and other external websites are subject to those services’ own privacy practices. Providers may process information outside your home jurisdiction.

We retain inquiry and charter communications as needed for follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Retention may vary by record type; we do not promise a fixed deletion period.
