Quick answers about inshore trip choices, techniques, and what you can keep.
What inshore trip lengths are available?+
Two fishing-only options: a 4-hour half day (7–11am or 2–6pm) or an 8-hour full day (7am–3pm). If you'd like to mix in snorkeling, the 6-hour snorkel/fish combo runs 9am–3pm.
What techniques do you use inshore?+
We fish live bait, artificial lures, jigs, and topwater depending on the target species and conditions. Captain Dustin adapts the approach throughout the day.
Can beginners book a trip?+
Yes. All skill levels are welcome on spin and fly trips. Captain Dustin is happy to coach first-timers throughout the day.
Can we keep the fish we catch?+
Tail Runner primarily practices catch and release. Tarpon are always released. If guests catch a legal food fish and want to keep it, it can be filleted for them.
How many guests can you take?+
Up to 4 guests for the snorkel/fish combo and up to 3 anglers for fishing-only trips.
